When was the law prohibiting the digging of wild orchids promulgated?

On September 8th, 2002/KLOC-0, with the approval of the State Council, the adjusted List of National Key Protected Wild Plants was officially released. List * * * contains 40 categories and 455 species of national key protected wild plants, among which wild orchids are included in the list for the first time.

Orchids are listed as national second-class protected wild plants, and the whole orchid is included in it, that is, all orchids except Eupatorium adenophorum cannot be mined and sold, such as cymbidium, cymbidium, cymbidium, cymbidium and lotus.
