Vane pump has the advantages of uniform flow, stable operation and low noise. Its working pressure and volumetric efficiency are higher than that of gear pump, and its structure is more complicated than that of gear pump.

Piston pump has high volumetric efficiency and small leakage, and can work under high pressure, which is mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems. However, the structure is complex, the requirements for materials and processing accuracy are high, the price is expensive, and the cleanliness of oil is high.

Matters needing attention

In addition to preventing idle running and overload, excessive air intake and vacuum intake, the management points of vane pump should also pay attention to:

1. If the pump direction changes, its suction and discharge directions will also change. The vane pump has a specified turning direction and is not allowed to reverse. Because the rotor blade groove is inclined, the blade is chamfered, the bottom of the blade is communicated with the oil discharge cavity, and the throttle groove and oil suction and discharge port on the oil distribution plate are designed according to the established steering. Reversible vane pump must be specially designed.

2. When assembling vane pump, the oil distribution plate and stator should be correctly positioned with locating pins. Blades, rotors and oil distribution plates cannot be installed backwards, and the suction area on the inner surface of the stator is the easiest to wear. If necessary, it can be turned over and installed, so that the original suction area becomes the discharge area and can be used continuously.

3. When disassembling, pay attention to the cleanliness of the working face, and filter the oil when working.

4. If the clearance of the blade in the blade groove is too large, the leakage will increase; If it is too small, the blade can't expand and contract freely, which will lead to abnormal operation.

5. The axial clearance of vane pump has a great influence on η V. Small pump-0.015 ~ 0.03 mm; Medium pump -0.02 ~ 0.045 mm

6. Temperature and viscosity of oil? Generally, the temperature does not exceed 55℃, and the viscosity is between17 and 37mm2/s, so the viscosity is too high and it is difficult to absorb oil. If the viscosity is too small, the leakage will be serious. As a product of pump, vane pump refers to vane pump more. Almost all vane pumps refer to vane pumps.
