Article 4 Audit of construction organization design. When undertaking the project, the construction unit must prepare the construction organization design (in quintuplicate) according to the relevant regulations, and report it to the Engineering Department, Supervision Department, Party A's representative and relevant departments for approval before implementation. Article 5 Design disclosure and joint review of construction drawings. Before the project starts, design disclosure and joint review of construction drawings must be carried out, and the engineering department is responsible for organizing the use department, design institute, supervision unit, construction unit and relevant departments to hold a meeting of design disclosure and joint review of construction drawings. Article 6 Project coordination meeting system. In order to ensure the timely coordination and solution of related problems in the project, the project management department (civil engineering) will organize project coordination meetings regularly. Article 7 Project quality management. The project quality shall be managed in an all-round, whole-process and all-staff manner, and must be implemented in accordance with the contract and the national building quality regulations. Engineering department, design institute, supervision unit, construction unit and equipment supplier are all responsible and obligated for the project quality. All relevant units must implement the "organization, rules and regulations and responsibility system" to prevent any quality accidents. Once a quality accident occurs, it must be declared and severely punished in accordance with the principle of "four not letting go". Before the project starts, the winning bidder must go through the quality supervision procedures and abide by the relevant project quality supervision and management rules and regulations. ?

Article 10 Signature of process handover and concealed works acceptance. After the completion of the last working procedure and concealed works, the construction unit shall conduct self-inspection, fill in the acceptance application after passing the inspection, and submit it to the construction management personnel and supervision unit of the company for acceptance visa approval. Without acceptance or unqualified acceptance, you are not allowed to enter the next working procedure without authorization, and you can enter the next working procedure only after passing the acceptance visa, otherwise you will be severely punished. ?

Eleventh construction plan monthly report.
