Construction scheme of steel structure installation in production workshop

I. Overview of the Project

1. Construction method

For the installation of steel structure in this project, first check the elevation of concrete foundation axis and foundation top surface. First, lift all steel columns one by one. After correction and fixation, the steel beams of 1 to 10 axis are hoisted in turn, and then the steel beams of 1 1 to 20 axis are hoisted, which is adjusted with the hoisting, then installed and fixed, and finally the roof support and purlin system are hoisted.

2. Construction procedures

On-site hoisting is divided into two construction units, each working independently. One unit uses 100t crane to hoist from east to west from 1 0 axis, and the other unit uses100t crane to hoist from west to east from 1 1 axis to 20 axis. See the hoisting plan.

3. Preparation before installation

3. 1 Column foot bolt construction: recheck the positioning axis of column foot in civil foundation construction and bury the anchor bolt. In order to ensure the accurate positioning of the anchor bolts, the anchor bolts should be positioned and fixed with steel formwork hole sleeves, and can only be fixed after repeated verification. The part of the anchor bolt exposed from the ground is wrapped and protected with plastic sheets.

3.2 Prepare installation plan and component supply plan, and organize construction.

3.3 Inspection of steel members: Steel members shall have factory certificates when they leave the factory. Before installation, check the components according to the drawings and transport the components to the installation scope according to the installation sequence. Under the condition of not affecting the installation, try to put the component below the installation position to ensure the convenience of installation.

4. Installation and construction technology

4. 1 Installation of steel column: Before hoisting, determine the position of the component hoisting point, determine the binding method, and take protective measures during hoisting. After the steel column is hoisted, when the foot of the column is about 30-40 cm away from the anchor bolt, straighten it, align the mounting hole of the foot of the column with the bolt, and then slowly lower the hook into place. After the initial calibration, when the vertical deviation is within 20 mm, tighten the bolt and temporarily fix it to decouple.

4.2 Steel beam hoisting: The steel beam hoisting shall be carried out after the later review is completed, and the steel beam hoisting shall be tied and hoisted in place symmetrically at two points. After the steel beam is hoisted, when it is away from the column datum 100MM, the steel beam will slowly be in place. After the steel beam is hoisted in place, it will be adjusted and corrected, and then fixed. When hoisting steel beams, use theodolite to correct them, and correct any deviation at any time.

4.3 Installation of wall purlins: purlins are small in cross section and light in weight, and they are hoisted with one hook and multiple pieces. The correction of purlin is mainly about the spacing size and its own straightness. The sample bar used for spacing inspection moves back and forth along the purlin. If there are any mistakes, please loosen or tighten the bolts to correct them. Check and correct straightness with stay wire and steel ruler, and finally fix it with bolts.

5. Installation and calibration

5. 1 steel column correction: use theodolite or hanging hammer to check the verticality of steel column, if there is any deviation, use jack to correct it, use jack to slightly raise the base for elevation correction, then increase or decrease the thickness of the base plate, tighten the anchor bolt immediately after the column foot is corrected, and then pour fine stone concrete under the column foot to fix it.

5.2 Steel beam correction: measure and correct the axis and verticality of steel beam, correct it with jack and chain, and fix it immediately after correction.

6. High-strength bolt structure

6. 1 High-strength bolts must have a material certificate (quality guarantee) before construction, and must be rechecked before use.

6.2 High-strength bolts shall be managed and properly kept by special personnel, and shall not be thrown about. During installation, the bolts shall not be damaged and polluted to prevent the torque coefficient from changing.

6.3 High-strength bolts shall be moisture-proof and corrosion-proof.

6.4 When installing bolts, use a flat-headed crowbar and a punching nail to aim at the screw holes of the upper and lower (or front and rear) connecting plates, so that the bolts can be put into use freely.

6.5 If the screw hole error of the connecting plate is large, it should be checked, analyzed and handled as appropriate. If the adjustment of screw holes is invalid or the position of the remaining partial screw holes is incorrect, you can use an electric reamer or a manual reamer to drill holes.

6.6 On the same connection surface, high-strength bolts should be put into use in the same direction, and they should be tightened after installation.

Second, the wall pressed color plate installation

1. Preparation before construction

1. 1 Before the construction and installation of profiled steel sheet enclosure structure, the corresponding construction drawings should be customized, and the organization design should be compiled according to the design documents, and the construction personnel should be provided with technical training and safety production disclosure.

1.2 Check the specifications and quantities of various materials in detail according to the documents, and repair and replace the damaged profiled steel plates in time.

1.3 All kinds of construction equipment shall be complete and can operate normally.

1.4 check the installation accuracy of steel members related to the construction and installation of profiled steel plates, remove the coating and splash of purlin installation weld, and apply antirust paint for anticorrosion treatment.

2. Construction technology of profiled color plate: wallboard installation should be carried out from one end according to the position of purlin, the plate must be clamped and fixed with screws, and the joints of wallboard should be waterproof. When installing profiled steel plate, the position should be adjusted and fixed while laying.

3. When transportation and hoisting permit, long plates should be used to reduce joints and improve heat insulation and waterproof effect.

3. 1 profiled steel plates shall be fixed, and every two steel plates shall be horizontally overlapped. The overlapping surfaces shall be sealed with sealing tape, then sealed with waterproof sealant and fixed with self-tapping screws and purlins.

3.2 There shall be no less than 3 screws at the end of each plate, and at least one self-tapping screw shall be connected when the middle support distance is more than 3m from the purlin.

3.3 Plates shall be lapped on purlins to ensure the lap length requirements. The overlapping parts are connected with rivets and coated with waterproof sealant, and the exposed nail heads are coated with sealant.

3.4 The lap joint of the wrapped steel plate shall be as downwind as possible, the lap length shall be greater than 20-50mm, and the distance between rivets shall be less than 500mm.

3.5 Self-tapping nails and rivets are set on the wave crest for waterproof treatment.

3.6 Once the colored coating is scratched or rusted, it should be brushed with the corresponding series of coatings.

Third, the safety construction measures

1. The construction site shall be equipped with a safety foreman to implement and manage on-site safety measures, and conduct unified management of on-site construction personnel, on-site mechanical equipment and on-site electricity consumption. Secret service personnel who are required to participate in the construction must be trained and certified. Conduct safety technical disclosure to all construction personnel before construction. Personnel entering the construction site must wear safety helmets and non-slip shoes, electricians and welders should wear insulating shoes, and aerial work must wear safety belts.

2. Check the tools, machines and equipment used before operation, and the safety devices shall be complete and effective.

3. The operating surface shall be provided with a reliable protective frame and operated after inspection. The binding method of components is correct, anti-skid measures should be taken for lifting points, and tools and materials used for aerial work should be placed in a safe place, and it is forbidden to place them casually.

4. When lifting steel members, the lifting or lowering should be smooth to avoid emergency braking or impact. Command by special personnel, and the signal is clear and loud. Illegal operation is strictly prohibited. After installation, the quality of the components must be checked, and it can only be unscrewed after it is really safe and reliable. You must get to a safe place before the end of work every day.

5. Mechanical and electrical equipment, brake boxes and electric welding machines on the construction site should have reliable rainproof measures. Electrical operation must be carried out by professionals, and non-professionals are strictly prohibited. Electric welding machine shall be used in strict accordance with the safety operation regulations, the primary line shall not exceed 2m, and the secondary line shall not be exposed.

6. Safety facilities shall be uniformly set by special personnel according to regulations, and others shall not dismantle them at will. If it is necessary to dismantle it due to work needs, it must be approved by the relevant personnel and restored in time afterwards. The security officer should check it carefully.

7. Do a good job in safe use of electricity. All electrical equipment removal and site lighting shall be carried out by professional electricians. The electric tools used must be equipped with leakage protectors.

8. Focus on aerial work. Drinking and playing are forbidden during work. Hand-held tools should be tied with safety ropes to avoid straight-line and vertical cross-operation.

9. Do a good job in fire prevention, and all operations should be used correctly according to regulations.

10. When the roof is installed, a safety net and a crossbar should be set.

1 1. Adhere to the pre-shift safety meeting system, and announce the work arrangement and safety precautions for the day.

12. Conduct regular safety inspections to prevent and control unsafe factors of accidents.

13. Lifting orders should be decisive, and instructions should be concise and clear.

14. Strengthen site security and pay attention to fire prevention and theft prevention.

15. A security cordon should be set within the scope of hoisting operation, and non-operating personnel are prohibited from entering.

16. All safety activity records and documents shall be complete.

Fourth, the rainy season construction measures

1. During rainy day construction, temporary protective shed shall be erected, and rain shall not fall on the hot weld. If the welding part is wet, it must be wiped with a dry cloth and dried with oxyacetylene flame before welding to keep the joint dry and free of residual moisture.

2. When hoisting, if there is water on the assembly, it should be removed before installation, but the coating should not be damaged. When installing the high-strength bolt joint, the friction surface of the parts should be clean, free from water drops, rain and dirt and oil stains.

3. Parts in rainy days cannot be painted.

4. Roof insulation construction can't be carried out in rainy days and strong winds of magnitude 5 or above.

5. In rainy days, because the air is humid, the covered covered electrode should be moisture-proof and baked. The number of repeated baking in the same covered electrode shall not exceed two times, and the management personnel shall keep baking records in time.

6. In case of windy weather, large components such as columns, main beams and supports should be corrected immediately, and permanent fixation should be carried out immediately after the position correction is correct to prevent unilateral instability. The components installed on that day should form a space stabilization system.

Five, civilized construction measures:

1. The industry requires all materials and accounts (construction plan, safety education, safety disclosure, safety inspection, electrician's day patrol record, pre-shift speech record and account) to be complete, neat and true, hold relevant certificates for special operations, and have a clear division of safety responsibilities.

2. Wear a safety helmet when entering the site, wear a safety belt when working high above the ground, support the safety net firmly according to regulations, have a protective shed at the entrance and exit, and have a safe passage in a narrow space.

3. Electrical equipment shall be provided with three-level control and two-level protection (main brake box, distribution box, switch box and electric shock protectors in the distribution box and switch box). Brake box should be standardized, the circuit should be standardized, and the electrician's patrol and roll record should be kept.

4. This project implements the management of civilized construction on site. There are obvious propaganda slogans at the scene, and color codes that meet the standards are hung at dangerous places.

5. There are smooth and clean channels at the site, without blockage and water accumulation, and the construction wastewater is reasonably discharged through the drainage ditch.

6. Civilized construction will not disturb people, strictly control construction noise, and stop construction after 10 in the afternoon.

7. Do not occupy roads in violation of regulations inside and outside the site, build or stack articles in violation of regulations, cause fire and traffic accidents, damage public facilities in violation of regulations, and pollute the environment, and cooperate with the work of relevant road departments and health supervision departments.
