Decision of Gansu Provincial People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations (Second Batch)

In order to adapt to China's accession to the World Trade Organization, carry out in-depth work to rectify and standardize the market economic order, and create a healthy, orderly and unified legal market environment, according to the Legislative Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the state, the provincial government organized relevant departments to clean up the government regulations formulated by our province. Adopted at the146th executive meeting of the provincial government on June 65438+ 10, 2002, it was decided to abolish some government regulations whose main contents are in conflict with national laws and regulations or whose application period has expired and the adjustment objects have disappeared.
