Re-issuance conditions

1, Taiyuan registered resident or original registration authority is in Taiyuan.

2. The applicant still maintains the marital status at the time of registration.

3. The applicant lost or damaged the marriage registration certificate.

Redistribute materials

1, household registration book (original+copy)

Note: The copy is the first page of the household registration book, and my page covers the front and back of the same A4 paper.

2. ID card (original+copy)

Note: Copies are the front and back of the ID cards of both men and women.

3. Proof of marital status

Note: The marital relationship recorded in the household registration book and the certificate issued by the unit, village (neighborhood) committee or close relatives stating the marital status of the applicant can be used as the proof of the marital status of the applicant.

4, marriage certificate photos

Note: 3 recent front photos 1 inch.

Tips: You can entrust others to apply for a marriage certificate. If entrusted, a copy of the party's identity certificate and power of attorney notarized by a notary organ shall be submitted. The power of attorney shall specify the time when the parties handle the marriage registration, the undertaking organ, the current marital status, the reasons for entrustment, the name of the trustee and the number of identity documents. The client shall also submit his identity certificate.

Treatment process

1. Apply to the original marriage registration office or the marriage registration office of the District Civil Affairs Bureau (or the Town People's Government) where one party's permanent residence is located with the required documents and materials.

2. Fill in the Declaration of Application for Replacement of Marriage Registration Certificate as required.

3, the marriage registration authority to verify the applicant's marriage registration file, confirmed to be true, by the applicant under oath and signed by hand.

4. The staff of the marriage registration office shall sign for confirmation, and issue a reissued marriage certificate on the spot.
