Article 2 These regulations apply to parks, playgrounds, and scenic spots within the administrative area of ??this city. Article 3 These regulations shall be organized and implemented by the municipal, district, and county urban greening administrative departments, and may be entrusted to the management departments of parks, playgrounds, and scenic spots for implementation according to jurisdiction and law. Article 4 When entering parks, playgrounds, and scenic tourist areas, the following regulations must be observed:

(1) Purchase tickets in order, and do not evade fares, counterfeit tickets, or climb over walls (bars) to enter;

(3) All kinds of vehicles (except non-motorized vehicles and baby strollers for disabled people) are not allowed to park at the entrance or exit or within the three-guarantee responsibility area in front of the door, and entry is not allowed without permission. ;

(4) Animals are not allowed to be brought in without permission;

(5) Setting up stalls in front of the door must not block the entrance and exit and affect the order in front of the door;

(2) Climbing trees, breaking branches, picking flowers, picking fruits, digging tree roots, entering enclosed lawns or flower beds, etc.;

(4) Extracting soil, sand, and quarrying stones;

(8) Hitting, feeding, and intimidating animals on display;

(9) Other damage to facilities, equipment, and harm to wild resources and behaviors that damage scenery and scenery. Article 7 The following violations of public security management are strictly prohibited in parks, playgrounds, and scenic tourist areas:

(1) Fighting in groups, provoking troubles, insulting women, or other hooligan activities;

(2) Gambling, using feudal superstition methods to disrupt social order or defrauding property, selling, renting or disseminating obscene materials, selling drugs and other activities;

(3) Illegal carrying of firearms and ammunition, daggers, triangular blades, etc. Knives or other controlled knives, flammable and explosive dangerous goods;

(4) Illegal assembly;

(5) Stealing, robbing and defrauding public and private property;

(6) Diving or swimming in waters where swimming is prohibited;

(7) Deliberately defacing nationally protected cultural relics, scenic spots, etc.;

(9) Other violations of public security management. Article 8 The management departments of various parks, playgrounds, and scenic tourist areas should establish and improve strict management systems, regularly inspect various facilities and equipment to ensure their integrity, provide quality services to tourists, and maintain public order.

Article 9 Those who have outstanding achievements in maintaining public order in parks, playgrounds, and scenic tourist areas shall be commended and rewarded by relevant departments. Article 10 Violations of Article 4 (1), (2), (3), (4), (6), Article 5 (1), (2), (3), (4), For items (5), (7), (8), (9) and Article 6, the management departments of parks, amusement parks and scenic tourist areas shall order them to stop illegal activities based on their impact on public order. , restore the original status, compensate for economic losses, and may impose a warning or fine.
