In the new year, with the successful merger of Wenchang Road Campus and Dongshan Campus, jurong city Vocational Education Center will turn a new page in history. Of course, it takes some time for the management mode of the two campuses to integrate and adjust. Under such circumstances, the teaching staff should have a high sense of ownership, know the general situation and take care of the overall situation. In the face of the new situation, the school workers' union should be duty-bound to play the role of bridge and link, and give timely feedback to the main leaders of the party and government to provide a reasonable scientific basis for school decision-making. At the same time, trade union cadres should actively strive for the strong support of the main leaders of the party and government, strengthen the construction of teachers' morality, and care for students; Carry out various forms of amateur cultural and sports activities to improve the physical and mental health of teachers and staff; Safeguard the vital interests of teachers and staff, care about their work and life, implement the "three concerns" action in concrete actions, and strive to improve the happiness index of teachers and staff. 1. Improve the trade union organization and strengthen the construction of the trade union itself

With the successful merger of the two campuses, the original trade union members have changed due to the changes in their work, making it difficult to carry out the work of the original trade union Committee. In order to implement the Trade Union Law and ensure the normal operation of trade union work, a new trade union committee must be established as soon as possible. At the beginning of the school year, the main leaders of the general party branch of the school attached great importance to the formation of trade union organizations, and drafted the Plan for the Establishment of the New Trade Union Committee of jurong city Vocational Education Center. With the help of the Teacher's Day Commendation Conference, all the teaching staff were invited to recommend the trade union members in their minds, and the statistical results will be made public after being studied and decided by the general party branch. Among the newly elected members, a trade union chairman and a vice-chairman were elected by competitive speeches and faculty members, and finally the new trade union committee of jurong city Vocational Education Center-the sixth trade union committee (composed of seven members) was formed. At the same time, the Sixth Women Workers' Committee of jurong city Vocational Education Center was established (with 1 director and 3 members) and the Financial Review Committee (with 1 director and 3 members). In order to improve the office environment of trade union cadres, improve the efficiency of trade union cadres, actively strive for the strong support of the main leaders of the party and government, and solve the problem of trade union cadres without offices as soon as possible. In order to implement the Regulations on Teachers' Congress and ensure the smooth convening of the Sixth Teachers' Congress in our school, the new trade union committee decided to elect 66 representatives of the Sixth Teachers' Congress by all the staff in December 211. Through the establishment and perfection of trade union organizations, trade union cadres should strengthen their own learning, use the advanced theory of contemporary trade unions, improve their work efficiency and ability to coordinate and solve problems, strive to strengthen the self-construction of trade unions, and constantly enhance their level and popularity.

Second, strengthen the construction of teachers' morality to ensure the success of the four-star project

Because our school has become a modern secondary vocational school with more than 26 teachers and covers an area of 28 mu. In order to realize the rapid development of the school and ensure the completion of the task of establishing a four-star school this year. In order to develop with one heart and one mind, it is necessary to do a good job in the ideological and moral education of teachers. Trade unions should always regard promoting the building of democratic politics in schools, stimulating the enthusiasm of teaching staff, enhancing the sense of ownership and creating a harmonious campus as their important tasks. The democratic management of the school is mainly realized through two systems: the teachers' congress and the openness of school affairs. Therefore, trade unions should focus on strengthening the planning of teachers' congresses and implementing their functions and powers, further establish Scientific Outlook on Development, and constantly improve and perfect the system of teachers' congresses.
