Is ETC worth installing?

Why is ETC contradicted?

Relevant surveys show that in several banks in Beijing, when using debit cards to bind ETC, some deposits need to be frozen. Many consumers will also be "loaned", and if they forget to repay, they will be sent a lawyer's letter. When the balance of ETC debit card of Bank of Communications is insufficient, the bank will provide special services of "emergency fund" (Huimin loan), which can also be regarded as a kind of consumer loan. The interest rate is determined according to the repayment time. The maximum annual interest rate is 16.5%. If the loan is borrowed, the interest will be calculated on a daily basis.

In addition, according to the media survey in Jiangxi, the 30 yuan toll of ETC users should be 28.5 yuan after 15% discount, but it is "rounded" by the charging system and paid in 29 yuan; The most wonderful thing is that 10 yuan should have been 9.5 yuan after 15% discount on the toll, but the result of "rounding" is still 10 yuan. In this way, ETC is not completely reasonable in technology, management and financial scheme design, and there is still much room for improvement.
