, these Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the dog management in urban and suburban towns, strictly prevent and control rabies, keep the city clean and tidy, and maintain social order.

report to the Municipal Public Security Bureau for approval, obtain a Dog Breeding License and a Veterinary Hygiene Certificate, and then apply for a business license from the administrative department for industry and commerce

Article 5 Anyone who raises a dog in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 must go through the following procedures: (1) register with the local police station, fill in the Application Form for Raising a Dog, report it to the Municipal Public Security Bureau for approval by the district public security bureau, and issue a quasi-raising certificate; (2) Take the dog to the animal husbandry and veterinary station to inject rabies vaccine with the "Permit to Raise" and receive the "Dog Free from Epidemic"; (three) with the "dog immunization certificate", to the Municipal Public Security Bureau to receive the "dog breeding certificate" and dog license.

Apply for and replace the Dog Breeding Certificate and the dog license, and pay the management fee as required; Apply for and replace the "Dog Immunity < P > Certificate" and pay the injection fee according to the regulations.

The municipal and district animal husbandry and epidemic prevention departments should inject rabies vaccine once a year for dogs.

Article 7 Units that have been approved to raise dogs must put a dog tag on the neck of the prospective dog. Except for license, quarantine,

immunization and diagnosis and treatment, it is forbidden to bring dogs into roads, squares and other public places, and ensure that the prospective dog will not endanger the personal safety of others, and it is not allowed to take dogs on public transportation, which shall not affect the public. If a dog is killed by the masses because it violates the conditions mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the responsibility shall be borne by itself. If a dog injures a person, the dog owner or the dog owner shall bear all the medical expenses and other losses of the injured person, and the public security organ shall give the responsible person public security punishment according to the seriousness of the case.

Article 8 All live dogs with Dog Immunity Certificate and Dog Feeding Certificate are allowed to trade in the market outside the no-breeding zone designated by the municipal public security and

the administrative department for industry and commerce, and the sellers shall pay taxes

and industrial and commercial administrative fees according to the relevant provisions of the state. Off-exchange trading is prohibited.

Article 9 Organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and news organizations in this Municipality are not allowed to hold exhibitions and publicity activities such as Nanjing Dog Show, evaluation and selection of famous dogs in Nanjing.

Article 1 Whoever commits any of the following acts shall be punished respectively: (1) Whoever raises a dog in violation of the provisions of Article 2 shall be fined by 1 yuan and the dog shall be confiscated; (two) do not raise dogs or bring dogs into downtown areas and public ***

Article 12 Anyone who refuses or obstructs a dog management law enforcement officer from performing official duties shall be given criticism and education and public security punishment respectively by the public security organ depending on the seriousness of the case. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Thirteenth five counties, counties and towns shall be implemented with reference to the above provisions.

Article 14 The Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau shall be responsible for the interpretation of specific issues in the implementation of these Provisions.
