The quality traceability system of agricultural products in agricultural reclamation includes network system, information collection system and information query system.

(3) Information inquiry system. According to the principle of hierarchical management authorization, China Agricultural Reclamation Economic Development Center develops and builds a traceability product information inquiry system to provide consumers and regulatory authorities with SMS, voice and online inquiry platforms.

Article 14 Trial operation

(1) After the project undertaker builds the enterprise-level traceability network system, it selects more than three batches of products from different production sites for trial operation of the traceability information system. Collect and upload information about the production environment, the use of inputs, product quality and circulation, and test the traceability of the information system.

(2) During the testing period, the project undertaker shall continuously optimize the traceability system to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and traceability of information.

(III) After completing the traceability system test, the project undertaker shall submit an application for acceptance of the project during the construction period to the provincial competent department, and report it to the General Administration of Agricultural Reclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture after the preliminary examination by the provincial competent department.

(4) After receiving the application from the provincial department in charge, the General Administration of Land Reclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture will organize experts to carry out the acceptance of the project during the construction period according to the relevant management measures.

Article 15 Formal operation

(a) for the project undertaker who passed the acceptance during the project construction, the General Administration of Land Reclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture will announce to the public that its quality traceability system has been completed and entered the formal operation stage.

(2) The project undertaker entering the formal operation stage shall activate traceability labels, labels and codes in accordance with the provisions of the project contract to ensure the long-term effective operation of the traceability system for agricultural products quality.
