Xier River Located in Xi'er River Village, Xijing Town, Licheng County, 40 kilometers away from the county seat, its main peak is 1,300 meters above sea level. The original vegetation is intact, the magnificent natural scenery, bizarre myths and legends, unique folk customs, and rich folk handicrafts have formed the Xi'er River. Walking into the Xi'er River Scenic Area shows people a picture of a fairyland on earth. The gurgling water is surrounded by green mountains, and houses are built on the mountains in a well-proportioned manner.

The fields are fragrant in spring, and the fragrance is astonishing; the beautiful trees are beautiful in the summer solstice, and the sun is blocked by the many shades; the wind and frost are high in autumn, and the five fruits smell smoke; the auspicious snow is flying in the winter, and wax elephants are like clusters. The four seasons are alluring, and the scenery is enchanting at dawn and dusk.

A Ming Dynasty monk pagoda was newly discovered at the foot of Bijia Mountain, 50 meters south of Xi'erhe Village. It was built in the second year of Zhengde in Ming Dynasty (1507). The tower consists of 13 floors, with a total height of 5.5 meters. The base plane of the tower is hexagonal, with a side length of 0.8 meters and a Xumizuo. The 2nd floor of the tower is engraved with inscriptions; the 4th floor is engraved with images of gods; the 7th floor is in the shape of a round stone drum, engraved with "The Spirit of the Twenty-fifth Generation of Linji Bi Kong Zen Master".

The monk pagodas of the Ming Dynasty are relatively rare in the country. The monk pagoda in Licheng has a unique shape and special structure. It is an excellent material for studying Buddhist architectural art.
