Brief introduction of Jilin folk art troupe

Jilin Folk Art Troupe was founded in 1980. It was established on the basis of the experimental team of Jilin Provincial Local Theatre (1964) and the second team of Jilin Provincial Ji Opera Troupe (1978). 1in April, 1999, the folk art troupe of Jilin local opera theater was established.

Folk Art Troupe is a banner of professional art performance groups in Jilin Province. They insisted on sending operas to the countryside for 20 years and were welcomed and loved by the rural people. The farmers affectionately praised them as "the baby bumps of the cultivators" and their caring people. In rural performances, there are often spectacular scenes where ten thousand people turn around two people. The troupe has been rated as a national advanced art performance group by the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Personnel and other ministries for three consecutive times. 1998 was awarded "Changbai Mountain Black Soil Cup" by Jilin Provincial Government.
