Second, there are still some industrial enterprises that have not installed pollution control facilities, and there are illegal sewage discharges. There is no dust collection and treatment facility in the wood cutting process, and the flue gas is directly discharged. No waste gas treatment facilities were installed in Tianfa Sealing Material Factory 14 plastic heat insulation strip production line in Renqiu City, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Third, there are still industrial enterprises that have not strictly implemented the peak-shifting production and transportation requirements of industrial enterprises and are still illegally producing. Hebei Xingtai Julu Feida Rubber Co., Ltd. and Julu Ningfeng Rubber Products Factory should limit production by 50% according to the peak shifting production requirements of local industrial enterprises.
