Third, several details that should be paid attention to in preaching beauty culture

1. Highlight the role of culture and the key points of cultural construction, so that everyone can have a systematic understanding of the culture of beauty salons at the first time, and establish a sense that they must be consistent with beauty salons in action and thought. This work must be completed by a senior employee who knows the development course, strategic thinking and essence of beauty salon culture, including the development course, the core of beauty salon culture, some behaviors, institutional culture and effective cultural construction methods and carriers.

2. Many employees of large and medium-sized beauty salons have been working for two or three years and still don't know the appearance of the top management of beauty salons, let alone their attitudes and thoughts towards employees. 2XX years have passed. During this year, I have been busy studying and exercising myself, and I have made some achievements, developed many new customers, and my performance has been greatly improved compared with last month. I also have some shortcomings in this year's work, such as not being sensitive enough to the psychological changes of customers and failing to meet their needs in time. I will continue to study and strengthen from the following aspects:

(5) Work system of beauty salons: morning meeting process, attendance, responsibilities, salary and treatment, answering phone calls, sending cards and collecting money.
