What are the operating procedures and precautions of the punching machine?

Punching operation procedure:

A punch is a press. Stamping production is the operation of blanking, punching, forming, stretching, bending, trimming, riveting, extruding and so on.

The foremen should give instructions on safe operation, correct the behaviors that violate the safety operation rules in time, and improve the operation quality of the punching machine.

Matters needing attention in the use of punching machine:

1. Before starting, check whether the fastening screws of the machine are loose and whether the control mechanism, stop device and clutch are normal. Before working, the machine should idle for 2-3 minutes. Check the flexibility of control devices such as hand brake and foot brake, and use them only after they are confirmed to be normal. Don't run with illness.

2, sliding and rotating parts must be filled with lubricating oil, check the lubrication of each part, check whether the main lubrication system is blocked or short of oil, and make all lubrication points fully lubricated.

3, the correct use of equipment safety protection and control device, exposed to the surface of the machine transmission parts, must be installed protective cover, shall not be arbitrarily removed. Before starting the machine, check whether the protective device of the punching machine is complete. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine or start the test run with the protective cover removed.

4, regularly check the mold installation, if there is any loose or slip should be adjusted in time. When installing the mold, the slider must be opened to the bottom dead center, and the closing height must be adjusted manually or inching to prevent the mold mandrel from being too deep and causing accidents. The upper and lower dies must be aligned to ensure the correct position and avoid eccentric installation; Clamping must be firm and correct. The stamping die pair should fasten the upper die first, and operate 1 time, and then fasten the lower die when there is no abnormality. After making sure that the mold is installed, try to punch holes by hand (empty car). Before the mold is adjusted, the machine can only be rotated manually or inching, and it is forbidden to start the machine back and forth. After several trial runs, the machine can be turned on only after it is confirmed to be in good operation and normal operation.

5. Non-working personnel are not allowed to enter the punching room near the flywheel, transmission belt and foot switch to start the punching machine without authorization.

6. Before starting the motor, please be sure to separate the flywheel and clutch.

7. When the motor is started, the rotating direction of the flywheel should be consistent with the rotating symbol.

8, the machine tool must work under the rated load, it is forbidden to overload operation.

9. If you find the abnormal operation of the punch (such as loose rotating parts, control device failure, loose mold and defects) or abnormal sound (such as combo sound and cracking sound), stop the machine immediately for inspection.

10, die loading and unloading, stamping parts inspection, size adjustment, stroke adjustment, workbench cleaning, workpiece cleaning, oil lubrication, troubleshooting, etc. should all be carried out after shutdown, and a warning sign "No operation" should be hung in a conspicuous place of the equipment.

1 1, stop in time after work, disconnect the power supply and carry out necessary cleaning; Inject a small amount of lubricating oil into the designated part of the equipment.

12. If the mold is not used for a long time, it must be disassembled. When removing the mold, manually open the slider to the bottom dead center, loosen the upper mold, then open the slider to the top dead center, loosen the lower mold, remove the mold, clean the table, and apply antirust oil.

Matters needing attention in punching machine operation:

(1) Seriously study various safety systems, master the structure and performance of the equipment, be familiar with the operating procedures, and operate independently after obtaining the operation certificate.

(2) Before work, clean the workplace and countertops and keep them clean and tidy; Remove all floating objects on the workbench and objects that hinder operation in the workplace. All production parts and materials should be neatly stacked and kept at a certain distance from the workbench and electrical system according to regulations.

(3) Before starting the motor, ensure that the flywheel and clutch are separated.

(4) When the operator is working, he must stand firm or sit tight, concentrate, and pay attention to the coordination of hands and feet. When the machine is running, his hands and head should keep a certain distance from the punch. Hands and other parts are not allowed to reach into the punch at any time, and always pay attention to the punch action.

(5) When punching and feeding with punching parts, don't push the punching material too hard. It is forbidden to put objects such as hands and tools into the slider area. When stamping short workpieces, special tools (pliers or feeding mechanism) should be used for operation. It is not allowed to feed or take parts directly by hand. When the mold is stuck by bad materials, only tools are allowed to release it.

(6) It is forbidden to pick up parts and brakes at the same time during production. Strictly follow the operation (taking material-discharging-pedaling-putting foot pedal-taking workpiece or removing waste, etc.). ). Every time the workpiece is punched, it must be punched. After the stamping stroke, the foot must leave the pedal quickly to prevent continuous impact and accidents.

(7) It is forbidden to punch or punch two workpieces at the same time by sandwich feed, and only one workpiece is allowed at a time. After stamping the workpiece, the second feed can only be carried out after removing the workpiece or excess material.

(8) It is forbidden for more than two people to operate the punch at the same time. When necessary, there must be a special person to command and be responsible for the operation of the pedal device.

(9) When working, pay close attention to the flexibility and reliability of the running parts and brakes of the machine. If it is found that the machine tool runs abnormally (such as loose rotating parts, control device failure, loose or defective mold) or has abnormal sounds (such as combo sound and blasting sound), it should immediately stop feeding, cut off the power supply, and report to the superior supervisor, and then continue to work after being repaired.

(10) When stamping long-body parts, safety supports should be set or other safety measures should be taken to avoid being scratched by the parts.

(1 1) Automatic feeding protection device or other protective measures must be provided during continuous stamping.

(12) When the machine tool breaks down, it should be checked and repaired by maintenance personnel, and it is not allowed to disassemble it by itself.

(13) It is forbidden to chat with others while working, and it is forbidden to be on duty when drunk or mentally tired.

(14) You must concentrate on your work and stop if you need to leave your post. Operators are not allowed to let others change the control switch.

(15) Do the "first three inspections" and check the quality of the workpiece frequently. Get into the habit of self-inspection, "walk all the way", and notify the superior supervisor to repair the cutting edge before the cutting edge is worn to excessive burr.

(16) During the working process, we should always pay attention to the mold and keep the mold and materials clean to avoid damaging the mold.

(17) The materials shall be placed in the designated place, and it is not allowed to be misplaced or blocked.

(18) Waste materials should be removed in time to avoid tripping and accidents. The periphery of the pedal should always be kept clean, and tools or other sundries are not allowed on the workbench, so as to avoid falling on the pedal and starting the punch when working.

(19) When you finish your work or leave for a long time, clean the die and punch, rest the die, tidy up, disconnect the power supply, tidy up the equipment, and check whether the die is in good condition, so as to start it next time. If the mold is used up, it should be removed, the workbench should be coated with antirust oil, and the operation or maintenance records should be made.
