The reform of "fertilizer and medicine two systems" has optimized the agricultural supervision information system and the agricultural product quality and safety traceability system, promoted the two systems to improve their functions and integrate data, formed a closed loop of "entering, selling, using and returning" pesticides, constructed a traceability system, adjusted and optimized the layout of agricultural stores, and realized the continuous reduction of the use of drugs and fertilizers. By the end of this year, the application intensity of pesticides should be controlled within 0. 17 kg per mu.

Implement "three records" in the circulation of fertilizers and drugs. First, agricultural stores should keep records of purchasing drugs and fertilizers in the real-name registration system, record the real-name information of buyers and sellers by brushing their faces or swiping their cards, and upload relevant information and data to the "Agricultural Supervision Information Platform" in real time. Second, agricultural producers should keep records of the use of drugs and fertilizers, and record the use of drugs and fertilizers on the traceability platform of agricultural product quality and safety, including the use time, category and dosage. If the platform finds abnormal pesticide data, it will automatically warn. Third, agricultural stores should record the recycling of discarded packaging materials, truthfully record information such as medicines and fertilizers, product sources and the recycling of pesticide discarded packaging materials by using the agricultural supervision information platform, and urge the timely and effective recycling of pesticide discarded packaging materials.
