Teeth are important tissues of the human body: we can't live without teeth, just like eating and talking. Protecting our teeth is very important. The question we face is: how to do this? As far as I am concerned, I think the best way to protect it is to prevent it from getting sick. In other words, we should get used to brushing our teeth twice a day, which is a basic method. Besides, going to the dentist seems a little fussy. Although the teeth are good, who knows the real situation? So we really should take some time to go to the hospital or clinic to do a comprehensive medical research for our precious teeth. I think that, really, we can get satisfactory results.
