1. I didn't pay attention to my diet. Although the exercise is in place, the diet can't keep pace. I am a working family. I eat more takeout, which is greasy and nutritious. Protein alone can't keep up.
I didn't know the truth of "practicing three points and eating seven points" before, and I didn't know that the diet was also divided into carbohydrates and protein. I eat indiscriminately. After hard work, my body soon became hungry, and I ate all the staple foods (rice, noodles, bread, etc.) every day. ), leading to rapid weight gain.
I don't know how to supplement protein, so I never eat more eggs, because Cantonese people especially like soup and oil.
2. Although the fitness frequency is high, the training plan is not scientific enough. Most of them do aerobic exercise for a long time. I don't understand the principle of reducing fat, and I think the longer the time, the better, so running for an hour is my normal training. Who knows that Tao won't work? Aerobic training leads to physical exhaustion, and people dare not eat after exercise. It is not enough to rest and replenish protein, and the combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise and strength training is wrong.
After summing up, I found that my fitness and weight loss are completely unscientific, so I will lose weight again and again. Even if I work hard, it is still insufficient!
