Lechang Baimaojian is a famous alpine tea, which has been well-known at home and abroad since 1950s. Produced in the rime mountain range, the main producing areas are state-owned tea farms in Xishan, Guang Bei and Dongfeng Fruit Farm, as well as towns and villages such as Jiu Feng, Dayuan, Liangjiang, Wushan and Qingyun, which are located in extremely cold mountainous areas. 1998 total output of alpine white hair tea in the city 1088 tons.

Taro is a famous product in Lechang, with a long planting history. The planting area of the whole city is 1.4 million mu, and the total output is 2 1.0 million tons. Among them, the quality of taro produced in Zhangxi Village of Lecheng is the best. Because of its unique climate and fertile oily soil conditions, the taro produced in Zhangxi is famous for its size and length, each weighing 6-8 kg, even exceeding 10 kg. Shaped like a mortar shell, it is called "shell taro" among the people. Zhangxi taro has big head, thin skin, low fiber and high starch content, and is rich in vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and other elements, which has great health care value. When it is ripe, it is soft, fragrant and unique in flavor. Over the years, Zhangxi taro has sold well in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Beijing and Guangzhou, and was listed as a national geographical indication protected agricultural product in 2008.

The out-of-season vegetable production in Jiu Feng, Liangjiang, Wushan, Yunyan, Meihua, Luojiadu, Laopingshi, Qingyun and other towns has developed in the direction of base and scale, forming its own characteristics. From 65438 to 0998, the city planted 60,000 mu of out-of-season vegetables with a total output of more than 70,000 tons. The main varieties of anti-season vegetables produced in this city are: Dutch beans, carrots, white radishes, summer sunshine, peppers, cauliflower and so on. Due to the unique climate and other conditions, the city is particularly suitable for planting out-of-season vegetables. It is planned to form an anti-season vegetable production base with a scale of 654.38+10,000 mu in a few years.

Jiu Feng Kiwifruit: The mountainous areas of Lechang, Jiu Feng and Yan Xi have fertile land, mild climate and foggy all the year round, which is very suitable for the growth of China Kiwifruit. Wild kiwifruit grows in many mountain forests, and some vines can pick hundreds of pounds of fruit. The artificial planting area is over 400 mu, and the harvest can reach 50 to 60 tons. Wild kiwifruit can also pick about 15 tons of fruit every year.

Ganmutong: Ganmutong is a wild medicinal plant growing in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong. Clinical trials have proved that Ganmutong is effective in treating hypertension and coronary heart disease, and it has the advantages of less dosage, long efficacy and no side effects. It is a kind of medicinal plant with great market prospect. Ganmutong is planted in Dayaoshan, Lechang and Ruyuan.
