College counselors are the main force engaged in moral education and ideological and political education for college students, an important part of teachers, a guide, a guide and a bosom friend for the healthy growth of college students, an important source of reserve cadres of the party and government, and shoulder the dual tasks of ideological education and administrative management. Therefore, as a college counselor, I have the following three experiences.

This requires us to determine the educational ideas suitable for students' characteristics and implement effective educational methods according to their specific conditions. In the face of such a group, I thought of learning from the teachers around me, and everyone exchanged their experiences in management. Zhang Xiaoming, deputy secretary of the General Party Branch of our College of Literature, has worked in the college for a long time and has a lot of experience in managing students, so I asked him for advice. He also unreservedly introduced me to the methods, experiences and lessons in the process of managing students' work. For example, different methods are adopted in management education for different students to achieve the same effect. Some students are thin-skinned and love face, so criticism and education can't be carried out in public, but only by talking alone, while some students think they are well-informed, and their thoughts and souls can't be touched by anonymous criticism and talk alone. If necessary, they can criticize by name to achieve the purpose of educating the majority.

At work, I found that the common shortcomings of boys are absenteeism, being late, leaving early, skipping classes and staying out at night on the Internet. Most of the problems that often appear among girls are trivial contradictions, but if they are not found and handled in time, they can also form fierce quarrels and conflicts. Moreover, once the gap between girls is formed, it is often easy to bear grudges in mind, and it is not easy to eliminate them for a while. This requires active persuasion and timely resolution of contradictions. In short, to do a good job as a college counselor, we must do it in school and in middle school. It is an effective way to improve the work of college counselors by constantly going deep into classrooms and dormitories, communicating with students and constantly summing up experiences and lessons in practice.

Second, we should love each other. I started my work on the day when the new students reported for duty. I carefully checked the files of each new student, learned as much as possible about their family situation, remembered their names, and made detailed records in my work notes, so that when the new students reported for duty, I could tell his name and his graduation school. Because I know that when I meet these students, if I can call out their names immediately and talk to them about their hometown, I can get closer to them quickly and communicate well, so as to manage them well. I remember the night after the registration, although I was exhausted, I still insisted on going to the students' dormitories to see if they had settled down and if there were any difficulties. I told them about safety, life and unity in every dormitory. In the later communication, some students told me that they were very moved when they saw the university counselor teacher coming to see us in the dormitory, and they accepted me as a university counselor teacher who was not much older than them.

The students in my class come from all parts of the province, with different customs, living habits and family education backgrounds. Moreover, the level of the school determines that the entrance scores of these students will not be too high, but I think we should not only focus on the shortcomings of students' low academic performance, but should be good at digging and discovering the bright spots in them. They need more care, because they may have heard more criticism than care and praise before, which may be the case not only at school but also at home. This requires. Only by caring for them can we discover their simplicity and shining ideology and morality. Although their academic performance is a little worse and there are more minor problems, I believe that the vast majority of students have good moral character. Only by correcting our own attitude, can we really care for our students, the relationship between students and college counselors and teachers can be harmonious, and your critical education can make students truly accept their thoughts and feelings and consciously overcome their shortcomings. We often say that the power of love is great. Let's educate and guide our students with all our love. How many students can't be educated? The key is whether we have put ourselves in the right position. As long as the time is up, most students can successfully complete their studies under the guidance of teachers.

On the other hand, I think students should not only learn to accept love, but also learn to give love, and ask them to love their motherland and not do anything that harms the country. Love your parents and do something for them; Love the class collective, everyone should regard the honor of the class higher than their own honor.

the third is to be able to manage. The work of college counselors is a thousand words and ten thousand words, and finally it must be implemented in management. In the management of students, I adopt the management mode of combining institutionalization, standardization and scientificity, and add humanized management in practice. Through military training, I can learn more about the students in my class. In such collective activities, it is easy to see a student's basic qualities, such as which students are more active in military training, more willing to serve their classmates and better communicate with them. Then I think these students should at least adapt to college life better than other students, and the collective needs such people, so the class cadres can let these students take up the post and adjust them if there are problems; On the other hand, some students have poor performance in military training, disobey orders, take leave at every turn, and want to go back to their dormitory to rest, so these students need my special attention to prevent them from having the same problems in their future study and life.

After coming back from the National Day holiday, freshmen have officially started their college life. In order to enable them to adapt to college life more quickly, cultivate their independent ability, and study and live better, in addition to regular class meetings, I hold a theme class meeting in my class every once in a while, so that students can discuss for themselves how to be a real college student and how to learn knowledge and exercise their abilities better in college. This effect is very good. Some students told me that after each discussion, the theme of their sleeping party at night must have just been discussed. Therefore, I think these students are all good students, all good students, all reasonable students, and all students who can educate well, depending on whether you are willing to spend time and energy to do the work.

Sometimes some students in the class made mistakes, which I think is very representative, so I initiated a discussion in the class, and the students themselves knew the right and wrong things. For example, some students like surfing the Internet, so I asked my classmates to organize debate activities to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of surfing the Internet, and finally came to the conclusion that surfing the Internet should be moderate, that is, it will not affect their study or harm their health. Then from then on, most students can restrain themselves and surf the Internet on weekends, instead of going to Internet cafes to stay up all night playing online games whenever they have time.

The problem of students' self-study at night is a difficult problem in my work. At first, some students didn't understand the way of self-study in our school, and always thought that they should be free when they went to college, either in the classroom or in other places such as the library. Other students don't adapt to the way that many people study together. The learning environment of studying together at night is noisy and they don't want to study at night. By talking with them, I let them know the importance of evening self-study, which can not only deepen the emotional exchange between students, but also cultivate their collective consciousness, requiring them to insist on evening self-study and students can accept it slowly.

But in the middle of this semester, I found another problem. The number of people who study at night can be guaranteed, but how much knowledge do students learn during the two hours of studying at night? That is to say, the quality of self-study at night. Through the communication with class cadres and some classmates, it is found that there are very few students who really don't want to study, but it is these people who have influenced some students with weak self-control, making them don't want to study, chatting, surfing the Internet on their mobile phones and answering phone calls during evening self-study, which leads to the students who want to study without a better learning environment. In view of this situation, I put forward an opinion to the class cadres of four classes, that evening self-study must be managed by rules and regulations, and I handed over the task of formulating the management system of evening self-study to the class cadres, so that on the one hand, I could better listen to the opinions of students, make the system more targeted, and on the other hand, I also exercised the ability of the class cadres. After the management system was formulated, it was recognized by the majority of students, and the quality of evening self-study was greatly improved.

At the same time, every once in a while, I ask every classmate in the class to write a criticism and suggestion about the work of class cadres and college counselors, and then collect and sort out these criticisms and suggestions, discuss them with class cadres in detail, deeply reflect on the criticisms made by classmates, and gradually correct them in the future work; Adopt the valuable suggestions and reasonable opinions put forward by classmates and try to use them in future work. In this way, on the one hand, class cadres and college counselors are prevented from making mistakes in their work, and on the other hand, the emotional and ideological exchanges between students and class cadres and college counselors are deepened, so that the whole class work develops in a positive, stable, healthy and harmonious direction.

In short, I think that as long as you are a student sincerely, students can see and feel it, and they will give you back with practical actions. These are what I got: I was moved when I saw the students in my four classes wearing neat clothes, carrying eye-catching slogans and shouting loud slogans when the school sports meeting opened; I was moved when I saw that the debate between the students in my four classes was vivid and impressive. I was moved when I saw the students in my class win the first prize in the knowledge contest of the Communist Youth League. I was moved again when I saw the students in my class win the gold medal in the Anhui College Students' Calligraphy and Painting Competition.

With the constant change and development of the social situation, college counselors should improve themselves with a proactive attitude, and strive to cultivate themselves into an ideological and political educator of college students with strong political skills, professional skills and positive work style, thus providing an important guarantee for improving work efficiency. At the same time, to become a qualified and excellent college counselor teacher, we should make continuous efforts, work in a down-to-earth manner, constantly study new situations and situations, sum up new experiences, solve new problems, constantly enrich ourselves, improve our working ability in practice, and contribute to the development of students and schools.
