Jining Prohibition on Setting Off Fireworks and Firecrackers (Jining City prohibits setting off fireworks)

Notice of the Jining Municipal Public Security Bureau on the prohibition of setting off fireworks and firecrackers

In order to reduce environmental pollution and ensure the safety of the public and the safety of people and property, according to the notice issued on July 25, 2020 The implemented "Jining Fireworks and Firecrackers Discharge Management Regulations" stipulates that the setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is completely prohibited in Jining urban area. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. The following areas are prohibited from setting off fireworks and firecrackers:

The main urban area of ??Jining extends from North Second Ring Road to Yangjiahe Road in the north and East Second Ring Road in the east , to the South Second Ring Road in the south and to the West Second Ring Road in the west;

South of Beihuancheng Road in Yanzhou District, west of the west bank of Sihe River, east of Da'an River, Fengyuan West Road-Dayu South Road- North of the first line of South Ring Road.

2. In areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, no fireworks or firecrackers may be sold or set off at any time.

3. Anyone who sets off fireworks and firecrackers in an area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited shall be ordered by the public security organ to stop setting off and be fined not less than RMB 200 but not more than RMB 500.

4. In areas where the setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited, units or individuals engaged in services such as celebrations, weddings, funerals, etc. are not allowed to provide related services for setting off fireworks and firecrackers. Anyone who violates the regulations shall be ordered to make corrections by the public security organ and shall be fined not less than 1,000 yuan but not more than 5,000 yuan.

5. The general public should consciously abide by the "Jining City Fireworks and Firecrackers Discharge Management Regulations". Any unit or individual has the right to discourage illegal setting off or operating fireworks and firecrackers, or to report to the public security organs. Report hotline: 110.
