Before the safety facilities of the construction project are completed and accepted, the construction unit shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Measures for the Implementation of Safety Permit for Dangerous Chemicals Construction Projects (Order No.8 of the State Administration of Work Safety), select a safety evaluation institution with corresponding qualifications to conduct safety evaluation on the trial production (use) and safety facilities of the construction project.

3. The safety evaluation institution shall evaluate according to the laws, regulations, rules, standards and norms related to safety production, and be responsible for the authenticity of the safety evaluation report on the completion and acceptance of construction projects.
