In order to standardize the safe traffic order of motorcycles (including all kinds of motorcycles and mopeds, the same below) in the central city of Yichang, and ensure the smooth and safe road traffic, according to the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, with the consent of the Municipal People's Government, the relevant matters concerning further strengthening the management of motorcycle traffic safety in the central city are hereby notified as follows:

First, all roads in Shengli No.3 Road to Xiling No.2 Road and Jiang Yan Road to Dongshan Avenue in the central city are prohibited from passing by motorcycles.

Two, Ji Yun Road and Shengli No.4 Road (Jiang Yan Road to Dongshan Avenue, excluding the intersection at both ends) prohibit all motorcycle traffic.

3. No unit or individual may produce, modify, sell, buy or use motorcycles that are not listed in the announcement of vehicle production enterprises and products of the National Development and Reform Commission.

Four, driving and riding a motorcycle should wear a helmet, driving a motorcycle should carry a motor vehicle driver's license and driving license.

Five, standardize other management regulations of Yichang motorcycle traffic safety order, continue to implement according to the original relevant provisions.

Six, the general public should consciously abide by the laws and regulations of road traffic safety, conscientiously implement this notice, according to the traffic guidance signal. Violation of road traffic safety laws and regulations shall be handled by the public security traffic management department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Illegal production, modification, sale and purchase of motorcycles that are not listed in the announcement of vehicle production enterprises and products of the National Development and Reform Commission shall be handled by the quality and technical supervision department and the administrative department for industry and commerce according to law. Those who obstruct or refuse to obstruct the inspection and obstruct the people's police from performing their duties according to law shall be detained by the public security organs according to law. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
