2.25 College Student Mental Health Day 2010 theme

The May 25th College Student Mental Health Festival is a mental health activity for college students.

The first Beijing College Student Mental Health Day in 2000 put forward its own slogan around the theme: "I love me - give me a clear mental sky!".

The theme of the second event in 2001 was determined to improve interpersonal communication skills, and the slogan was: "I love me - create a good interpersonal space."

The third event in 2002 mainly focused on "self", with the slogan: "I love me - know myself".

The theme of the fourth event in 2003 was "SARS", with crisis intervention as the theme, and the slogan was: "I love me - crisis? rationality? growth".

In 2004, the theme of the event was the socialization and interpersonal relationships of college students, with the slogan: "I love myself—getting out of the island of the soul." May 25th of this year is a day worth remembering. The Youth League Central Committee and the Ministry of Education designated this day as the "National College Student Mental Health Day" and held the opening ceremony of the "First National College Student Mental Health Festival" at Beijing Normal University.

In 2005, the theme of the 6th College Student Mental Health Day was "I Love Me - Flying Ideals and Planning Life". The founding ceremony of the "Capital College Student Alliance Concerning Mental Health Societies" was held.

In 2006, the theme of the 7th College Student Mental Health Day was "I Love Me - Harmonious Campus, Sunny Mood". Its purpose was to allow college students to further understand psychology and gain a deeper understanding. What is true mental health, treating life positively and optimistically, and creating a harmonious and warm campus environment?

In 2007, the 8th College Student Mental Health Day took "Life Education" as the theme and put forward the slogan "I love myself - build a harmonious campus and let the soul be filled with sunshine!"

In 2008, the theme of the 9th College Student Mental Health Day was "I Love Me, Blessings, Growth, and Progress", and the slogan was "Cherish what you have, and build harmony forever."

In 2009, the theme of the 10th College Student Mental Health Day is "Confidence Leads to the Future", which is closely combined with the current reality. For example, the storm of the world economic crisis has spread to campus, college students are facing a severe employment situation, and College students generally face more and more problems such as interpersonal communication, emotional communication, and academic burden.
