What are four teams?

The four teams refer to village (community) cadres, new rural instructors, college student village officials, and standing secretaries.

1. Village cadres:

(1) Party branch secretary: In charge of the overall work of the village party branch, focusing on grassroots party building, poverty alleviation, petition stabilization, etc. Responsible for convening party members and masses to hold "three meetings and one lesson" on time, carry out "Party Member Concentration Activity Day", and watch distance education and other meetings and activities.

(2) Village Committee Director: Under the leadership of the village party branch, preside over the daily work of the village committee, and coordinate poverty alleviation, agriculture, beautiful countryside and environmental sanitation improvement.

(3) Other village cadres: The division of labor will be carried out accordingly according to their own positions, abilities and qualities.

2. Bao village cadres: do a good job in uploading and distributing work, be responsible for conveying the work arrangements and requirements of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee to the Bao Village, and report to the Party Working Committee and Management Committee on time Various forms of meetings. Assist village branches in various tasks such as poverty alleviation, grassroots party building, beautiful countryside and environmental sanitation improvement.

3. First Secretary (captain of the village work team): Cooperate with the village "two committees" to carry out poverty alleviation and grassroots party building work. Maintain good contact with the Bao Liang Department and be responsible for submitting forms and materials related to targeted poverty alleviation. Responsible for the submission of monthly party building reports.

4. Village-based work teams: Help the village to carry out poverty alleviation work, maintain good contact with the unit, and carry out the assistance work of the Bao Alliance.
