3. It is forbidden to set off firecrackers, fireworks and throw paper money in urban areas and along roads.

4. It is strictly forbidden to occupy roads, streets, public squares, public parking lots, residential roads and ancillary facilities and other public places to build tents and hold banquets, which will affect public life and traffic safety of passers-by.

5. It is strictly forbidden to purchase and use expired, deteriorated and "three noes" foods to prevent food safety accidents.
