Yangtze River, Tuojiang River, Chishui River, Yongning River, Laixi River, Longxi River, and their main streams and tributaries; Pilu Town, Lishi Town, Lu County Longhu and Haichao Lake in Haichao Town; Huanglong Lake in Shangma Town and Dadukou Town in Naxi District; Jinlong Lake in Fengming Town in Hejiang County and General Lake in the west of Hejiang City; Honglong Lake in the north of Gulin County; and Yangqiao Lake in Jiangyang District.

Use boats, rafts and other floating objects for fishing.

For fishhooks with a hook width exceeding 2cm, the hook width refers to the minimum distance from the hook tip to the hook handle.

Use fishing gear prohibited by other laws and regulations.

Precautions for fishing outside the fishing ban period

Each angler can only use one fishing rod, one line, and fishing gear with no more than two hook tips in total for fishing. Personnel should meet the physical conditions to engage in fishing activities, and anglers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Larvae and prohibited species that are caught by mistake and are smaller than the minimum catchable standard must be returned to the original water body in a timely manner.

The total weight of catches taken by each angler during fishing per day shall not exceed 2.5 kilograms, and the excess should be immediately returned to the original water body. If a single fish catch weighs more than 2.5 kilograms, it can be kept. Other catches should be returned to the original water body immediately. Species included in the "National Key Management List of Invasive Alien Species" and "China's List of Invasive Alien Species" are not included in the management of catches.

The sale and purchase of catches is prohibited, and any transaction will be regarded as illegal fishing.

Do not damage trees on the shore, or throw garbage into the river or on the shore. When leaving the fishing area, the waste should be recycled and taken away, and placed centrally in designated areas for harmless treatment.

Fishing personnel should pay attention to maintaining their own personal and property safety. If they cause personal injury or property damage due to their own reasons, they shall bear their own responsibility.

Fishing personnel shall obey management and shall not refuse or hinder management departments and their personnel to manage according to law.
