The court implements three regulations

Legal analysis: The three regulations are formulated to effectively prevent leading cadres and internal personnel of judicial organs from interfering in judicial case handling, and to further strengthen the ideological defense line of police officers in performing their duties in accordance with the law and regulations.

Legal basis: "Constitution of the People's Republic of China"

Article 2: All power in the People's Republic of China belongs to the people. The organs through which the people exercise state power are the National People's Congress and local people's congresses at all levels. The people manage state affairs, manage economic and cultural undertakings, and manage social affairs through various channels and forms in accordance with legal provisions.

Article 3. The state institutions of the People’s Republic of China implement the principle of democratic centralism. The National People's Congress and local people's congresses at all levels are democratically elected, accountable to the people, and subject to people's supervision. State administrative organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, and procuratorial organs are all generated by the People's Congress, are responsible to it, and are supervised by it. The division of powers between central and local state agencies follows the principle of giving full play to local initiative and enthusiasm under the unified leadership of the central government.
