Notice of the People's Government of Tanghe County on the implementation of the spring fishing ban system in 2022

In order to better conserve aquatic biological resources, protect biodiversity, and promote the sustainable development of our county's fishery and ecological civilization construction, in accordance with the "Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China", "Measures of Henan Province for the Implementation of the "Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, and the "Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Notice on the Implementation of the Ban in 2022" According to the requirements of the "Notice of the Nanyang Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Nanyang Municipal Public Security Bureau, Nanyang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on the implementation of the spring closed fishing season system in 2022", our county will now implement the spring closed fishing season system in 2022. Relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Fishing ban time: from 0:00 on March 1, 2022 to 24:00 on June 30, 2022.

2. No-fishing areas: all rivers, reservoirs and other natural waters within our county.

3. Types of prohibited operations:

Other types of fishing operations other than recreational fishing are prohibited.

Recreational fishing only allows one person, one rod, one line, and one hook.

4. During the closed fishing season and in the closed fishing area, if natural fishery resources need to be harvested for scientific research, domestication and breeding activities, they must be approved by the fishery authorities at or above the provincial level.

5. Crack down on illegal fishing activities that damage aquatic biological resources such as electrofishing, fried fish, poisonous fish, and unlicensed fishing throughout the year; prohibit the purchase, processing, sale, and use of illegal fishing catches; prohibit the use of illegal fishing; Promotional and marketing activities using "wild fish" and "wild river freshness" as gimmicks in product trading markets, catering and other industries are prohibited from publishing advertisements containing the above prohibited content; fishing in violation of regulations is prohibited; the sale and purchase of recreational fishing catches is prohibited, otherwise Considered as illegal fishing.

6. Anyone who violates the provisions of this notice shall be punished by the county-level agricultural and rural, public security and market supervision and management departments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations; if suspected of committing a crime, he shall be transferred to the judicial authority for investigation of criminal responsibility.
