Chapter III Work System

Twelfth cultural administrative departments at all levels of cultural market inspection agencies responsible for the management of cultural business units and cultural business activities of the inspection work.

The inspection institutions subordinate to the cultural administrative departments at higher levels have the right to supervise and inspect the cultural business units and cultural business activities managed by the cultural administrative departments at lower levels.

The administrative department for culture at a higher level may authorize the administrative department for culture at a lower level to perform inspection duties on its behalf.
