2. Construction points

(1) Treatment of the base layer

First use cement slurry mixed with interface agent on the surface of concrete beams and columns. Perform hair flicking. For hollow brick walls, use a broom to sweep away any dust on the surface.

(2) Hang vertically and set squarely

Special large wire pendants and stretched iron wires should be used to hang vertically from the top layer, and then points should be set in layers according to the specifications of the tiles. , this is making gray cake. As for the horizontal lines, the floor should be used as the horizontal line control, and the vertical lines should be based on the surrounding large corners and sky pillars. The entire wall should be based on the requirements of each control line to ensure that all large sun corners are made of whole bricks.

(3) The elastic lines are divided into grids

The wall should be plastered to 60 to 70% dry, and then the sections and elastic lines can be divided according to the wall design drawing, mainly Pop up the control points and feature points everywhere, such as waistline, color separation line, dripping eaves, window sill, etc.

(4) Arranging bricks

Arrange bricks horizontally and vertically according to the design drawing and the size of the wall to ensure that the gaps between the tiles are even and meet the requirements of the design drawings. Pay attention to the large surface and the sky. The arrangement of bricks on columns and the order in which they are arranged on the same wall. If there are protruding fasteners, we need to use whole bricks to cut and fit them together, and we cannot use non-whole bricks to patch them together.

(5) Select bricks and dip bricks

Before installing exterior wall tiles, we must first select the facing bricks, mainly the facing bricks with similar colors, patterns, and specifications. When selecting bricks, you must pay attention to the length, width and diagonal dimensions of the bricks. Special tools must be used for inspection and selection, and 45° jointed bricks must be processed in advance. Then soak the selected bricks for more than 2 hours, then take them out to dry and set aside for use.

(6) Veneing bricks

The brick surface within each segment or block is laid from bottom to top. The position of the bottom layer of bricks should be stabilized first, and then the first layer of facing bricks should be supported. Draw horizontal lines on the outer skin of the brick surface, which can be used as a standard for tiling.

(7) Pointing and wiping joints of facing bricks

The joint width of facing bricks is generally kept at 5~8mm or above. We can use 1:1 cement mortar for pointing. Add a certain amount of mineral pigments inside, and before caulking, the loose parts of the mortar in the gaps must be cleaned up and wetted with clean water in advance.
