5. When binding and lifting workpieces with sharp edges, cushion them with soft materials to prevent accidents caused by wire rope being cut.

6, the operator should correctly choose wire rope or lifting belt, lifting objects need rings, be sure to tighten the rings firmly before operation.

7. When lifting, the hook must be directly above the hoisted object, so as to avoid sideways lifting and pulling the hoisted object; Start lifting with the slow gear, and change to the fast gear after the lifting is stable.

8. When carrying goods by vehicle, the suspended object should walk in the vehicle line, and the walking height should be at least 0.5m higher than the workpiece on the running route. It is forbidden for the hoisted object to pass through the head or important equipment. When people work under a hanging object, they must take firm and reliable support measures under the hanging object.

9, it is forbidden to drive in the normal operation of braking parking, lifting shall not rely on the limit position limiter to achieve the purpose of parking.

10. A crane with two hooks needs to be used separately. It is not allowed to lift two objects at the same time.

16. If abnormal noise, misoperation and operational failure are found during driving, the power supply should be cut off in time, and the relevant person in charge should be reported quickly to eliminate the failures and hidden dangers as soon as possible.
