What is a rainbow run?

Rainbow running is a running activity.

Rainbow Run has no distinction between age and dividing line. The history can be traced back to May 20 13. Zhuxi Fangyan will hold a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, launch Fangyan Scenic Area, and the eyeball touchdown anniversary will also be held. As one of the two major measures of publicity, one is to set up a camp in Tianchi to build a stage for enjoying the moon on the water, and the other is to carry out a rainbow run (named five-color run at that time).

In order to achieve the visual effect and unify with China tradition, the plan is to dye the five colors of earth blue, red, white, black and yellow with the powder of five grains, and then run to Zhuxi from the foot of the square rock and throw colorful people at each other all the way. After arriving at Zhuxi, a water-splashing festival will be held to wash away the colors to achieve a visual impact.

Due to various factors, it could not be held. Later, the organizers absorbed some elements of Holi Festival in India and further improved the name and details. The five-color run was renamed Rainbow Run. In the process of running, after passing through different color stations, color powder is sprinkled from head to toe to form a formal rainbow running form.

"Color Run" takes "green, healthy and sports" as its purpose, and transmits the positive energy of youth throughout South China, with eye-catching colors and sweeping across South China.
