1. Have a high policy level and rich experience in auditing, be able to independently organize and guide the auditing work of a certain unit, department or specialty, and lead and guide auditors and other auditing professionals to perform their auditing supervision duties and complete auditing project tasks.

2. Having strong audit professional judgment ability and outstanding work performance, it plays an important role in audit supervision, internal control, risk prevention and control, and maintaining economic security, providing guidance and consultation for promoting economic management or leadership decision-making, effectively promoting the improvement of audit supervision and risk management level of a certain unit or department or achieving certain economic and social benefits.

3. Have strong scientific research ability, obtain certain theoretical or technical research results related to audit, or complete audit-related research topics, research reports, management system or method innovation, etc.

4. Have a doctoral degree and have been engaged in the work related to the duties of auditors for 2 years after obtaining the title of auditor; Or have a master's degree, and have been engaged in work related to auditor duties for 4 years after obtaining the title of auditor; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in the work related to auditor's duties for 5 years after obtaining the title of auditor; Or have a college degree, and have been engaged in the work related to the duties of auditors for 6 years after obtaining the title of auditor.
