? One day, I came to Beitang Primary School in Fanzhen, Goutou Primary School in Fanzhen, No.14 Middle School in Education and Xinzhuang Primary School in Yamaguchi successively. Every time I go to a school, I first go to the class to check the class situation, then go to the office to check the lesson preparation situation, and then have a discussion with the school leaders to talk about the work of the winter vacation lesson preparation class after the start of school and the work plan for the new semester, and give feedback on the inspection situation.

? The other group came to Xiazhang Guxiandian Primary School, Xiazhang Xuanjialou Primary School, Xiazhang Daxiu Primary School, Manzhuang Dongniu Primary School, Zhongchunyu Primary School and Wenkou Shiqiang Primary School.

? Teachers and students of Guxiandian Primary School cleaned up before morning reading and lined up to return to the classroom. In the classroom, teachers organize students to do morning reading in an orderly way, and some classes do Chinese reading.

? Yu Haiming, an art teacher at Xuanjialou Primary School, decorated the cultural atmosphere of the school with paper-cutting art, which made the corridor and class cultural atmosphere of the school look brand-new.

? The classes in Xuanjialou Primary School are in good order. In math class, students use teaching tools to practice with teachers. It seems that the teacher arranged for the students to prepare in advance, and the students' participation in class is high, and the classroom effect is very good.

? All classes in Dongniu Primary School and Zhongyu Primary School can be standardized, and the teachers are very motivated. Some teachers in Dongniu Primary School are cooperating with teachers and friends to allocate students. There is a teacher in Zhongyu primary school who is organizing students to have a math test to check the preview of the holiday. The examination is well organized, the students' writing is standardized, and the teachers and students are serious.

The classes in Shiqiang Primary School are in good order. According to the school leaders, the course was previewed in advance after the year, and the management of grade five was strengthened.

After reading the classroom teaching, I gave feedback to the township leaders and school leaders in time after preparing lessons.

Second, advantages:

1. Every school made full preparations before the start of school, and all students entered the normal teaching state on the first day of school.

Most teachers can prepare lessons before class.

3. Schools can fully analyze the teaching quality of last semester before the start of school and arrange the work of this semester reasonably.

Third, the shortcomings:

1. Some teachers don't prepare lessons carefully, some don't prepare lessons, and some don't prepare lessons in time.

2. Some lesson preparation and lesson preparation lack links such as student activity design, and only sketch some knowledge points, which is not effective.

3. A lesson preparation teacher wrote down the teaching postscript of a unit and criticized it.

? As far as preparing lessons is concerned, teachers' concerns are different. Although some school leaders asked to prepare lessons in advance, they did not follow up the supervision and inspection, which led to various situations in preparing lessons.

Some teachers don't use courseware in classroom teaching.

Fourth, suggestions:

1. I hope that all towns and schools will increase their inspection and feedback on the problems that arise and give feedback on serious problems.

2. When preparing lessons, we should pay more attention to the design of students' activities, the guidance of learning methods and the breakthrough of difficulties.

3. Pay attention to group cooperation to cultivate students' ability in classroom teaching. Only when students really participate in classroom activities and really let students move in classroom teaching can an efficient classroom be effective.
