Detailed records of places where the slopes are steep, wheelchairs are inconvenient, and disabled people are prone to falling or falling into the water, and the volunteer group is reminded to pay attention to the care of disabled people during their visit to the park. Inspect the location of public toilets to ensure that disabled people can use the toilet smoothly.
4. Publicity and communication. Produced a promotional banner "The 25th National Day to Assist the Disabled; Help the disabled with love, go to the garden in spring, go with volunteers, embrace nature", and prepare promotional materials for the rehabilitation of disabled people and preferential policies. Contact news media such as TV stations and TV stations to issue a proposal for Disabled Aid Day activities, calling on caring people from all walks of life to participate in activities to help the disabled, and prepare for follow-up activities on the event day. Actively coordinate with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to arrange for a doctor and 2-3 nurses to accompany the disabled when visiting the park to avoid accidents.
(2) Arrangements for the day:

3. 8:30-9:00 Each group signs in, confirms that the disabled, staff, and medical staff are present, and emphasizes the rules of the activity and on-site discipline:

(2) Behave generously and appropriately, and do not make loud noises, litter, destroy public property, or damage the environment in the scenic area.
(3) During the game, please take good care of the items you carry to avoid loss or damage.
(4) If any emergencies occur during the period, please contact the volunteers of this group in time.
4. During the spring outing from 9:00-11;00, disabled volunteers should pay attention to the physical strength of the service recipients, rest in time, and take photos during the activity; staff of the Disabled Persons' Federation distribute preferential policies and rehabilitation publicity for disabled people information and interact with the people around you.
5. After the park tour from 11:00 to 11:30, all the people will do some artistic performances or group games together, and distribute prizes to the disabled people who actively participate in the performances or games. All volunteers and disabled people who participated in the event took photos.
6. At 11:40 the volunteer group sends the service recipients home and the activity ends.
IV. Emergency Plan
1. If bad weather occurs on May 17 and normal travel cannot be carried out as scheduled, the activity time will be rescheduled and the activity time will be discussed again.
2. If someone is unable to participate due to physical discomfort before departure, make reasonable arrangements for the friend to stay and rest. If it happens while playing, you should contact the nearest volunteer group.
