Greenland and CCB jointly carry out in-depth cooperation in long-term rental apartments.

On May 9th, Greenland Group responded to the national call of "both renting and purchasing", and its hotel tourism group signed a strategic agreement with Shanghai Jianxin Housing Service Company under China Construction Bank to carry out in-depth cooperation in long-term rental apartment management, stock property cooperation, housing renovation and upgrading, project expansion and financial empowerment.

In recent years, in order to solve the housing problem of new citizens, the housing security system with public rental housing, policy rental housing and * * * property housing as the main body is accelerating construction. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai will continue to promote the construction of high-quality rental housing. In this context, the strategic cooperation between Greenland Group and CCB is a positive measure to create a high-quality rental life and help the stable development of the housing rental market. The two parties will take Shanghai Greenland Xuhui Borui Apartment and Xuhui Tianlin Bopai Community as the first batch of pilot projects, and gradually expand to the existing stock properties of urban Greenland to jointly create a new housing lease ecology in China.

At the same time, this cooperation is also expected to promote the long-term rental apartment sector in Greenland to enter the "accelerated running", achieve rapid scale expansion and build a new development pattern. Through financial empowerment, with the scale of 100 billion yuan, we will build a long-term rental project of nearly 100 billion yuan, with a construction area of nearly 10 million square meters, which will be operated by the brand of Greenland long-term rental apartment, and quickly form the construction scale and operation scale in a short time.

Since Greenland Group released four brands of long-term rental apartments in March 20 19, Greenland long-term rental apartments have spread all over the country 13 major cities, with nearly 30 operation and management projects with a total scale of about 35,000 apartments.

Among them, Shanghai Tianlin Greenland Platinum Community, as the first batch of rental housing projects in Shanghai, will open in August this year; Shanghai Baoshan Platinum Community will enter the market in July this year; Shanghai Qingpu landmark complex-creative city-Qingpu Green Heart Platinum Community, as an industrial supporting empowerment industrial park, will enter the market in the first half of next year.
