The military port consists of water and land. The land area, adjacent to the water area, has an appropriate coastline and necessary depth, which is conducive to organizing the defense system against land, sea and air, attacking and protecting nuclear weapons, chemical weapons and biochemical weapons, and configuring various facilities. There are berthing structures such as docks and barges, wave-proof structures such as breakwaters and bank revetments, and ship-repairing structures such as docks, slipways and repair workshops. There are communication, navigation aid and navigation facilities such as radio stations, signal stations, lighthouses, navigation AIDS and sonar stations, subsidies and supply facilities such as weapons, ammunition, ordnance, munitions and sails, supply facilities such as fuel, water, electricity, gas and heating, logistics facilities such as repair shops, warehouses, loading and unloading equipment and roads, and onshore training, culture and sports.
