Yellow card certificate refers to one of the necessary documents stipulated in the Regulations on the Safety Management of Cosmetics. According to the Regulations on Cosmetics Management and related regulations, all cosmetics manufacturers or importers must apply for and obtain this certificate before they can legally sell in China.
