The notice requires that all localities should organize the development of a number of publicity products such as family education "should know what to do" slogans and electronic posters, open a number of special columns of family education publicity week, publish a number of articles signed by experts and interpret videos, publicize a number of typical families with scientifically educated children, promote the Family Education Promotion Law to become a household name, and guide parents to turn legal provisions into conscious actions; Excellent family education courses were held in 10000 families, lectures on home-school social collaborative education forums, exhibitions on family education themes, and open classes on family education were held to publicize the effectiveness of the "double reduction" policy and measures, and online and offline (32.440 1.42, 4.58%) family education guidance services were provided to guide parents to respect law-abiding usage and help children deduct.

The notice pointed out that it is necessary to provide targeted family education guidance services to parents by opening hotlines and one-on-one assistance, focusing on migrant left-behind children, children in distress, minors involved in the case, families of out-of-control minors, and families of frontline medical staff who care for the fight against the epidemic. On May 9, 2022, the All-China Women's Federation and the Ministry of Education held an online theme activity of the National Family Education Publicity Week, and simultaneously launched a special answer to the Family Education Promotion Law of Learning Power.
