1. Test objects and scope

2. Testing time

3. Sampling locations

Sampling will be conducted at designated locations in different regions and time periods under unified arrangements by each urban district and Nanyue District. If there are any temporary changes, please pay attention to the information released by official media in a timely manner.

4. Things to note

1. Residents and friends are invited to actively participate and all members participate. Follow the community notice, take personal protection, bring your mobile phone health code, your resident ID card or household registration book, and go to the nucleic acid sampling site for sampling; elderly people who go to take samples alone and do not know how to use smartphones, please prepare your ID card; if you do not have an ID card, For children, please use your mobile phone to bind your child's health code or bring your family household registration book; during the sampling process, please wear a mask scientifically throughout the process, line up in an orderly manner, keep a distance of more than one meter from others, and do not gather, communicate, or touch for sampling After sampling, please leave the scene quickly without lingering or watching. When you return home, please change your mask promptly and perform good hand hygiene.

2． Teachers and students of universities, middle schools, primary schools, and kindergartens shall make unified arrangements for on-site nucleic acid sampling according to the education department in the jurisdiction.

3. Personnel in risk occupations and personnel in key institutions shall carry out nucleic acid testing in accordance with the original requirements.

4. People who have taken control measures and conducted nucleic acid testing, such as centralized isolation, home isolation, and home health monitoring, will still follow the original regulations, and the responsible control unit will arrange sampling. Persons with a "yellow code" health code are not allowed to go to centralized sampling points. They need to walk or take a private car to the designated yellow code sampling points or fever clinics of level 2 and above hospitals for sampling.

5． Those who hold a negative nucleic acid test result within 24 hours do not need to repeat sampling.

6． For those who are unable to participate in on-site nucleic acid testing due to advanced age, disability, bedridden, etc., their families can report to the community in advance, and the community will arrange mobile sampling teams to come to collect samples.

7. Persons who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours are not allowed to take nucleic acid sampling. Please report the instructions to your village group in a timely manner. And please choose the nearest sampling point for testing after 48 hours. Medical staff participating in COVID-19 vaccination cannot undertake the task of regular nucleic acid testing and sampling.

8. If individuals have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please do not go to the centralized sampling points to collect samples. They must take personal protection to collect samples at the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution.

9． Do not smoke, drink, chew gum, betel nut, etc. 30 minutes before the nucleic acid test.

10. This round of nucleic acid testing does not issue a written report. If no notification is received from the disease control department within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be negative, and the results can be checked through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results are issued, please reduce your movements as much as possible and do not participate in gathering activities.

11. During this period, nucleic acid testing for all employees in the urban area will be done through mixed tube sampling, and no fees will be charged.

5. Personal Responsibility

Citizens and friends are requested to fulfill their epidemic prevention obligations in accordance with the law. Those who refuse to cooperate at the scene, do not support nucleic acid sampling work, or disrupt order will be severely investigated by the public security organs in accordance with the law.
