The third stage of Sparta Plan is a part of Sparta Plan, which aims to create fighters with strong physical fitness and strong cooperative combat ability through genetic biological modification and sperm implantation technology. The leader of Sparta III was Colonel James Daniel F. Akerson of office of naval intelligence. The third phase of Sparta plans to expand the scope of gene selection and train a large number of elite fighters with less funds and shorter training time. 3. The training period of soldiers in the third period is shortened, and the training skills are changed from focusing on individual ability development to tactical cooperation ability.
