1. Return to school registration time

Students will return to their respective campuses in batches at staggered times to register. The registration time for Zhenjiang Changshan and Mengxi campuses is as follows.

Time: Undergraduate students and graduate students: Saturday, February 19th: All students outside the province; Sunday, February 20th: All students in the province

If there are special reasons such as difficulties in purchasing tickets, insufficient trains, etc., you can Adjust the return date within the specified time range and report to the counselor of your college in a timely manner.

The Zhangjiagang Campus return registration time and specific arrangements will be notified separately by the Zhangjiagang Campus.

No students are allowed to arrive at school early without approval.

2. Conditions for returning to school

1. Students who leave school during the winter vacation

Students who leave school must live in a district or city with a COVID-19 epidemic For those who are in low-risk areas and non-key controlled cities and whose daily health status and activity trajectory monitoring is no risk in the 14 days before returning to school, they must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding the plane, a green "Health Code", and a " "Itinerary Code" green code to return to school. After returning to school from outside the province, students will undergo nucleic acid testing according to the school's unified arrangements and carry out 7-day self-health monitoring.

2. Students arriving from abroad

After entering the country, they strictly follow the requirements of the local government and complete the procedures stipulated in policies such as centralized isolation, home isolation, health monitoring and nucleic acid testing. You can enter the school only after your application is approved.

3. Situations in which the return to school is postponed

Students who meet the following circumstances shall postpone the return to school and apply for leave online in advance with their college. Students who have postponed their return to school can apply to their counselors after meeting the conditions to return to school, and will return to school after being reviewed by their college and approved by the school. When returning to school, you must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding the plane, a green "Health Code" code, and a green "Itinerary Code" code.

Students who are in districted cities and key controlled cities located in medium and high risk areas are temporarily suspended from returning to school; students who have a history of living in districted cities and key controlled cities located in medium and high risk areas 14 days before returning to school, and students who have traveled abroad Students who have a history of or have come into contact with overseas returnees who have not completed quarantine are temporarily suspended from returning to school.

Students who have overlapping schedules with confirmed cases, suspected cases, or asymptomatic infected persons will be temporarily suspended from returning to school; students who live with them or their family members will have fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea, and fatigue. Students with symptoms such as loss of sense of smell, muscle soreness and other symptoms will be postponed from returning to school.

Students whose "Health Code" has an abnormal color can apply to return to school after their "Health Code" becomes green; students whose "Travel Code" has an abnormal color or is marked with an * sign can apply to return to school after their "Travel Code" becomes normal. You can apply to return to school.

3. Precautions for returning to school

1. All students must promptly understand and master the school's various epidemic prevention systems and the local and school-based epidemic situation and prevention and control regulations.

2. Students returning to school should carry sufficient masks and other personal protective equipment with them, wear masks throughout the process, and take good personal protection.

3. Do a good job in self-health monitoring. If you develop fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose and other symptoms on the way back to school, you should seek medical treatment at the nearest hospital in time. For example, on public transportation such as airplanes and trains, you should actively cooperate with flight attendants and other staff to conduct health monitoring, epidemic prevention management, etc. measures and report the relevant situation to the counselor in a timely manner.

4. In order to avoid crowds, students returning to school are asked to prepare their "Itinerary Code" and "Health Code" in advance, both of which are green before they can enter the school by swiping their faces.

4. Relevant work arrangements at the beginning of the semester

1. Teaching will begin on February 21. Undergraduate teaching work will be notified by the Academic Affairs Office, and postgraduate teaching work will be notified by the Graduate School;

3. According to the current epidemic prevention and control situation, the school will continue to implement the system of requesting and canceling leave for students entering and leaving the campus this semester. If there are any changes, the superiors will be notified.

4. The Zhangjiagang Campus’ teaching arrangements for the first semester will be notified separately by the Zhangjiagang Campus.

Other arrangements and relevant requirements for return to school registration will be notified to each student by each college and student affairs department. If the epidemic situation changes or the requirements of superior departments are adjusted, the school will promptly adjust the school opening arrangements and issue a notice.
