If one of the following circumstances occurs, the student may be suspended from participating in the examination for 1 to 3 years depending on the severity of the case; if the circumstances are particularly serious, the student may be suspended from participating in various national education examinations for 1 to 3 years at the same time. (2) Sending and delivering test question information outside the examination room;

(3) Using relevant equipment to receive information to commit cheating;

If a candidate taking the self-study examination for higher education commits serious cheating as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, he or she may also be given a delay in graduation from 1 to 3 years, during which the examination results will be invalid.
