The three-child policy is a family planning policy implemented in China to cope with the aging population. On October 25th, 2020/kloc-0, 10, Ren Zeping published an article "Suggesting that the third child should go first: China Population Report 2020".

On 20021May 3 1 day, a meeting was held in the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, China, to review the Decision on Optimizing the Birth Policy to Promote the Long-term Balanced Development of the Population, pointing out that in order to further optimize the birth policy, a couple can have three children, and supporting measures should be implemented.

On July 20th, 20021year, the Decision of Central the State Council on Optimizing Birth Policy and Promoting Long-term Balanced Population Development was issued. On July 2 1 day, the Notice of the Office of the National Health Insurance Bureau on Doing a Good Job in Supporting the Three-Child Policy Maternity Insurance (No.202 136) was issued.

On August 20th, 20021,the the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) Conference voted to adopt the decision on amending the population and family planning law. The revised population and family planning law stipulates that the state advocates marriage and childbirth at the appropriate age, and a couple can have three children.

On March 5, 2022, People's Republic of China (PRC) Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China delivered a government work report to the Fifth Session of the 13th National People's Congress on behalf of the State Council. The government work report proposes to improve the supporting measures of the three-child birth policy, include the childcare expenses of infants under three years old into the special additional deduction of personal income tax, develop inclusive parenting services, and reduce the burden of family parenting.

On July 20th, 20021year, the Decision of Central the State Council on Optimizing the Birth Policy and Promoting the Long-term Balanced Development of Population was published. The central government decided to comply with the expectations of the masses and put forward the implementation of the three-child birth policy and supporting measures.

It includes eight aspects: optimizing the birth policy, implementing the policy that a couple can have three children, canceling social support fees and other restrictive measures, cleaning up and abolishing relevant punishment regulations, and supporting the implementation of positive birth support measures. First, fully understand the significance of optimizing birth policy and promoting long-term balanced population development.

The second is the guiding ideology, main principles and objectives. The third is to organize the implementation of the three-child birth policy.
