Notice of Fujian Provincial Public Security Department on Severely Cracking down on Illegal and Criminal Activities of Nailing Machine and Nailing Bullets; In order to severely crack down on illegal and criminal activities, such as illegally converting nail guns and nail bullets into gun bullets, or extracting gunpowder from nail bullets to make explosive devices, we are hereby notified as follows:

First, the sales of nail guns and nail bullets should implement the real-name registration management regulations;

Second, please consciously show your ID card when buying nail guns and nail bullets, and register your real name in accordance with relevant regulations.

Three, it is strictly prohibited to nail gun, nail gun into the gun and bullets, it is strictly prohibited to extract nail gun powder;

Four, it is strictly prohibited to use nail guns, nail bullets and shotgun bullets;

Five, it is strictly prohibited to illegally hold or hide the guns and ammunition modified from nail guns and nail bombs;

Six, it is strictly prohibited to illegally carry nails, nails into guns and ammunition into public places or take public transport;

Seven, it is strictly prohibited to mail, with nails, nails into guns and ammunition;

Eight, it is strictly prohibited to illegally transport nail guns, nail bombs modified guns and ammunition;

Nine, holding nail guns, nail bullets guns and ammunition, must immediately surrender, and ammunition to the local public security organs.

Ten, where within 30 days from the date of promulgation of this notice, surrender and hand over illegally modified guns, ammunition and other items, be lenient; Those who refuse to hand it over within the time limit shall be severely punished according to law.

Eleven, citizens found abandoned guns, ammunition and other items, should immediately report to the local public security organs.

Twelve, the broad masses of the people should actively report illegal acts and clues about guns and ammunition to the public security organs, and those who report meritorious deeds will be rewarded in accordance with relevant regulations; Those who harbor criminals shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law; Anyone who retaliates against an informer shall be severely punished according to law.

Legal basis:

Article 125 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) commits the crime of illegally manufacturing, trading, transporting, mailing and storing guns, ammunition and explosives. Whoever illegally manufactures, buys, sells, transports, mails or stores guns, ammunition and explosives shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.

Crime of illegally manufacturing, buying, selling, transporting and storing dangerous substances Whoever illegally manufactures, buying, selling, transporting and storing toxic, radioactive, infectious disease pathogens and other substances and endangers public safety shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

If a unit commits the crimes mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs, it shall be fined, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.
