The main idea is to let people list their environmental protection plans at the beginning of each year, and after one year, review their environmental protection work in the past year so as to do better next year. At the same time, in these two days, all kinds of people get together to discuss things related to environmental protection. Many people held signs that read "It is everyone's responsibility to protect the environment".

In the past two days, small thermal power plants, cement plants, paper mills, chemical plants and other factories and companies with serious environmental pollution have to stop production to remind people of the importance of environmental protection. There are more pedestrians on the street than usual, most of them are commuters who walk instead of cars, and there are fewer private cars than usual.
