I. Field investigation:
We mainly observed and recorded a series of traffic safety laws and regulations on passing vehicles and roads on a main road entering the town for two consecutive days.
After two days of on-the-spot investigation, we found that with the acceleration of the construction of a well-off life in rural areas, the number of private cars owned by residents in our town has also increased rapidly, so the number of vehicles coming and going on the street has been increasing, coupled with various motorcycles and electric cars, traffic jams will occur from time to time, and some people even leave their vehicles lying around, which makes it more difficult for vehicles to pass and occasionally collide, thus causing serious hidden dangers in street traffic safety.
Among them, we also investigated some drivers, especially drivers of motorcycles and electric cars. The survey results show that some drivers' awareness of traffic safety is very weak: motorcycles don't have license plates, and drivers of motorcycles and electric vehicles don't wear helmets, slippers or even overload.
Second, visit relatives and friends:
First of all, we visited the residents of the town with questions about traffic law and traffic safety awareness. We know that many people think that there are few traffic policemen in rural areas, and they will not conduct too many inspections. Occasionally, they can make a detour. Therefore, in order to save a few dollars, the motorcycle did not apply for a license and driver's license; In the autumn harvest season, a large number of goods make farmers no longer care about traffic safety hazards, but hire vehicles to start overloading transportation, and people and goods are mixed; After the bumper harvest, farmers happily get together to drink and eat, so drunk driving also happens immediately; Some residents do not wear safety helmets and meet the requirements for convenience. Some vehicles are often littered, resulting in road congestion.
Then, we walked into the campus and asked our friends-classmates and teachers. After investigation, it is found that students' understanding ability is limited, and our teacher has also reviewed it. Traffic safety knowledge has not been passed on to students too much, so students' awareness of traffic safety is also weak.
Finally, we also learned that the government and relevant departments did not publicize the traffic law knowledge of the residents in the town enough, and there were no parking lots, and there were no relevant instructions and slogans in the parking places beside the streets, which made the residents' awareness not strong enough.
Based on the above surveys and interviews, we can see that the traffic safety awareness of rural residents is very weak. Especially in recent years, the living standard of residents in our town has been greatly improved, and the rapid development of science and technology has also closely linked rural areas and cities, and the role of transportation is particularly important, so residents' awareness of traffic safety should be strengthened. In order to ensure the safety of residents better and more comprehensively, we should take countermeasures to solve the shortcomings of residents' weak traffic awareness:
First, we must strengthen publicity.
Relevant departments should publicize traffic safety laws and regulations through various forms, preach traffic accident warning cases, and enhance the awareness of rural residents to consciously abide by traffic safety laws and regulations; In particular, schools should publicize relevant knowledge to students many times or give lectures on traffic safety knowledge. Students can also organize handwritten newspaper competitions, speech competitions, knowledge competitions, essay competitions, blackboard newspaper evaluation and other activities to strengthen students' own understanding of safety knowledge, thus reducing the hidden dangers of traffic accidents.

Four. The cause and nature of the accident
According to the Regulations on Production Safety Accidents and Investigation and Handling and the requirements of Analysis and Planning of Casualty Accidents of Enterprise Employees, the causes of "54" production safety accidents are as follows:
Direct cause

The root cause of the accident is that the migrant workers in this company lack necessary safety knowledge, weak awareness of safety production and lack of self-protection.

Five, accident prevention measures and suggestions.

It is suggested that the County Construction Bureau strengthen the supervision of construction enterprises, and combine with the "Special Action for Centralized Investigation and Remediation of Hidden Dangers in Production Safety in the County" to clean up and rectify the current situation of chaotic site management of construction enterprises, weak awareness of safety production of employees in enterprises, and serious illegal command operations, and severely crack down on such behaviors as chaotic site management and illegal command operations to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
2. The occurrence of the "54" accident exposed the chaotic management and poor supervision of operators, especially the poor supervision of equipment and personnel. Through careful analysis of the "54" accident, the following rectification suggestions are put forward:
