What is the slogan of the hiking group?

The success of this Gobi hiking challenge depends on the support of partners, family and friends.

Walking for four days and three nights is a physical and psychological challenge. The physical challenge is not as difficult as I thought. On the contrary, I think the psychological breakthrough of crowdfunding is more challenging. At first, I was also puzzled why the company must arrange crowdfunding participation. Can't you pay for it yourself? When crowdfunding is released, some people will think that you are begging. Some people will just say "I have nothing to support" and then delete WeChat. Some people won't see it. But more people support it. I also wanted to give up when crowdfunding was hit a few days ago. It was a big brother who gave me confidence. He said, "What if I don't go?" This encouraged me. I went with responsibility. I can't let down those who support me. Just like we do business, we give up when we encounter setbacks. How can we be worthy of those who support us? Even if there is only one support, I will continue to work hard.

There are still five kilometers to the finish line

At this moment, my physical pain has completely disappeared, but the crowdfunding experience is as carefree as new, and the psychological breakthrough brought to me is the most precious.

For me, I have two purposes:

The first is the experience of life experience. I want to try the taste of crowdfunding being hit, and I also want to use this opportunity to break through myself. I want to have such a hiking experience, set an example for my children and leave a little regret for my life. I also hope to use my experience to tell my partners that they can do the same. This kind of experience has unlimited power to help them succeed in their careers.

The second is physical experience. As a post-80s generation, good health is our wealth. Without a strong body, how can you achieve your career goals? 140 The oldest challenger is a 70-year-old aunt. She can do anything. We should be fine.

My harvest should come from two aspects:

The first is the understanding of leadership.

I was lucky enough to take on the responsibility of the team leader this time on foot in Gobi. When Xiu Xiu and I were first recommended as team leaders, most people didn't know and didn't understand. I was worried that I couldn't do it. Later, on second thought, the team leader didn't give you an official position, but needed more efforts and greater tolerance. The 10 partners of the group, except those born after 50 and 60, are mostly born after 80, 90 and fourth. I regard them as brothers, sisters and teammates who need to be cared for and cared for. I also thank them for giving me the opportunity to exert my leadership. In this process, I am also very grateful to Xiu Xiu for his assistance and cooperation, which enabled our two editorial representatives to successfully bring all eight teammates to the finish line. Team members are very cooperative. When a team works together to achieve a goal, things become very simple. It's hard to imagine that108km is in the deserted Gobi for four days and three nights if you are alone or have no team spirit, encouraging each other and supporting each other. Can we get out alive? (When I first arrived in Dunhuang, I heard from Didi driver that the previous team of 1000 people had disappeared, and it took many local policemen seven hours to get it back. Fortunately, we have a strong company and a professional hiking team to lead. )

The second is the power of firm belief.

The first day's journey is 2 1 km (called stealth), and the whole journey is 100 flag. Because I was inexperienced for the first time, I began to put my shoes in the sand and saw them pass by one by one in the process of sorting out the shoe covers. When I finished tidying up, I was the last one, far from the team. After finishing, we will step up our efforts to catch up with the big troops, and one by one in the process of catching up.

The next day's 30 km journey (called breakthrough), the sand is as sharp as a knife, and it is a nest when you step on it, which is very grinding. Some people grind blisters to edema and foot pain. I also get blisters and my feet hurt. This is the experience of every player, physical pain and fatigue. How many times has the coach lured me into the car? Is it okay? Come on! Also, when the coach sees that the players really can't walk, he will tell them to pull you to the front of the 90 th flag before leaving. The players said no, and Vanders said we should be honest. Because of a belief, no one got on the bus after climbing to the finish line.

When I was carrying the flag all the way, I saw that everyone didn't mean to stop. Because the flag is in hand, I can only move on and go ahead. At the supply point of 15 km, there are a lot of fruits and food, so stop to enjoy the food and relax. This comfort made me find an excuse to wait for my teammates, and I rested for an hour. When we set out, we were already seven or eight sides behind. If you rest for a long time, you will be more tired when you walk and your feet will hurt more. You can't fall behind ideologically, so focus on your beliefs and speed up your progress. I set my goal on the nearest teammate in front and surpass them. In this way, I surpassed my small goals one by one. When I focused on every small goal, I also forgot my physical pain and walked more easily. Finally, I reached the finish line with the top three results in the group.

On the third day, I got up at 4: 30, had breakfast at 5: 00 and left at 5: 30. In the dark night, only the double flashing of cars is a road sign, surrounded by endless Gobi. The lights of the car guide us in the right direction. Even if we walk slowly, we can still reach the camping site. Walking in the dark for an hour, I saw the flag 1 and felt sore all over. I saw many players limping forward, and the strength of faith and persistence made every partner not give up. When we arrived at the 70th flag, we heard that the 72nd flag was the campsite. Come on, everybody Several teammates and I forgot the pain and the scorching sun, quickened our pace and rushed to the campsite together.

On the fourth day, the distance of 2 1 km (called rebirth), everyone complained less along the way (maybe they were too tired to complain), or they were nearing the end and wanted to finish it quickly. When we can see the finish line, it seems that we are really reborn, running like hell and finally crossing the finish line hand in hand.

At the end, we were greeted by applause and garlands. At this moment, we are very touched and honored We finally walked 108 km through firm belief. This is a breakthrough for our own bodies and lives. What could be more difficult than raising money from the masses for four days and three nights? I believe that in the future life and career, no matter how big the difficulty is, it is a trivial matter in front of the Gobi hiking in 108 km.

This is a glad you came, a life experience. At the celebration dinner, I turned off the light and closed my eyes. I heard the story of Mr. Jiang collecting money from the masses for four days and three nights. I only heard the sound of suffocation around me. Many partners who have not shed tears for four days and three nights have shed tears. When I turned on the light, I finally couldn't help wetting my eyes. At this moment, I raise a glass to celebrate, turn tears into wine, and turn to 65438+.

Our 65,438+040 partners all challenged success and won their own medals. Our team also won the Struggle Award and the highest honor award in shackleton.

This is an extraordinary experience and a lifelong memory.
